"After many years struggling to have our son's needs reflected in his IEP, our family had a major stroke of luck in hearing about Dr. Conley. If you have ever wished someone had it all - understanding your child's needs as a student, knowing how to communicate those needs to the school system so they'll actually listen and take action, and, on top of it all, giving genuine emotional support to you as a parent -
you have found it in Dr. Conley!
I was especially impressed with the way she reviewed years of evaluations and IEPs to pinpoint our son's specific needs that had somehow always been overlooked. She served as an essential bridge between our family and the school, translating our son's complex needs into action steps the school could work with in a way
I never could have gotten them to adopt.
Always approachable, kind, and warm, yet determined and clear-eyed about the challenges kids, parents and educators face, Dr. Conley is an amazing support for families seeking the best for their kids."

"We tried for a few years to get our son the help he needed in school with little success working with the public school. We really had no idea what we were doing or if we were even being told the truth about what they could or could not do. Then about a year and half ago we had received a referral to Dr. Conley. From day one she was fantastic to work with, and over the course of about a year she talked with us, guided us and ensured our son received the help he deserved, his IEP went from 2 or 3 pages to 26 pages as a result of Dr. Conley’s knowledge of the education system, laws and her persistence. We were also able to get an official diagnoses for our son which has helped us tremendously in getting him the help he needed outside of school. None of this would have been possible without Dr. Conley. She is passionate about what she does, communicates well and truly cares about helping people. If you have a child on the spectrum or who is special needs I highly recommend Dr. Conley,
she has truly changed our lives for the better."

"There is nothing more important to my husband and I than the well-being of each of our children. We endured years of not knowing how to truly help them. Dr. Conley got to the root of what was hindering each of our children and skillfully got the right people to listen and act in our favor. She helped to change the trajectory of each of our children by creating plans of action that level the playing field and enable our children to be successful. Our children are now seen, heard and have their needs met during the school day. Each of our children are beginning to see their strengths and now have access to what they need. My husband and I can simply be parents each night as we should be. We are grateful for Dr. Conley’s listening ear, support and expertise."

"As a special needs parent the whole IEP process can be overwhelming and confusing. You want the best for your child but it’s hard to even know where to start. Deanna was a godsend to our family. From day 1 she got to know us and our concerns and hopes and worked tirelessly to be sure our meeting was always traveling in the direction we needed even when we weren’t sure what that was. She goes above and beyond at every step truly putting her heart and a personal touch on the process but combining it with her foresight, organization and knowledge of the system, The best part of it all was we never felt alone again. She is always available to bounce questions and ideas and rope back in when things come up. Having someone on your side is priceless and we are so very glad to have her on ours!"

"Facing the special education process after our son's recent diagnosis was an intimidating task. Making sure our son has access to the services he needs to be successful at school is imperative to us. Dr. Conley has been an amazing resource to our family during this time. Her experience and expertise in the special education field has been critical as we navigate the evaluation process. Dr. Conley advocates for our son as if he was her own, checking in on his progress, attending meetings, responding to emails and keeping the focus on what is in his best interest. She has allowed us to put our focus on being Mom and Dad to our little guy as we adjust to our new path, for that we are forever grateful!"

"Ms. Deanna is the secret to completing the most challenging, but interesting, academic program of my life, a 10-month graduate program that was delivered by the military. Daily course work consisted of 3-hour seminars Monday through Friday and 100 to 150 pages average reading assignments every night, in addition to research papers and exams. However, Ms. Deanna guided me to reach my potential by tailoring an effective and manageable study strategy to understand the main ideas to be an effective contributor in class. She was extremely patient and pleasant to work with, and always available to discuss my concerns and relieve my tensions about the seemingly overwhelming workload over the phone whenever we could not meet in person. Her personalized methods directly helped my abilities to improve in school and continues to blossom at work in the U.S. Navy. I have since been accepted to two more graduate programs in top universities and plan to eventually pursue my Ph.D. while continuing to lean on Ms. Deanna for study help throughout the journey. She is an investment in my future and a lifelong friend."
